It fits comfortably from newborn through toddler: 0-6 months (13 inches), 6-12 months (14.5-15 inches), 12-24 months (15.7-16 inches), and 3-5 years (16.1-16.9 inches).

How do I care for it?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap, then lay flat to dry.

Is it safe for my baby to wear?
